Awards conferred to the students

The Department for last 20 years has been decorated with brilliant performance of the Ph.D. Scholars who have got prestigious awards from different institutes and organizations. The awards are:

  • Best M.Sc.(Ag) thesis awards (four)
  • Best Ph. D. Thesis award by MANAGE (three)
  • Jawaharlal Nehru Award for best Ph. D. Thesis (one)
  • Best paper awards (Twenty seven)

  • Dr.Aditya has been awarded the Best Ph.D. thesis award by MANAGE for his outstanding thesis work in the year 2021.
  • Two Ph.D. scholar visited the Ohio State University and Cornell University,USA under CAAST-NAHEP project for 6(six) month training programme.
