The Department for last 20 years has been decorated with brilliant performance of the Ph.D. Scholars who have got prestigious awards from different institutes and organizations. The awards are:

- The Post Graduate students have earned so far nine UGC Fellowship, two students cracked ARS and 14 no. Faculty position in different universities with brilliant performances
- Dr.Aditya has been awarded the Best Ph.D. thesis award by MANAGE for his outstanding thesis work in the year 2021.
- Two Ph.D. scholar visited the Ohio State University and Cornell University,USA under CAAST-NAHEP project for 6(six) month training programme.
