A dedicated “India Post Office” outlet (https://www.indiapost.gov.in) (sub Post Office, ‘Krishi Viswavidyalaya’, Pincode- 741252), a postal division,operates from the sprawling campus of the University (BCKV) since long.

The office is ablazed with ‘Post Office Savings Bank’ (CBS Branch) facilities along with CBS Savings Pass Book opening/updating/transactions etc. including regular operation of other transactions like NSS, SCS, and PPF etc. as well.

It is located on the ground floor of the main administrative building of the University.

The office has facilities which were as follows:

• PLI/RPLI
• Money Order
• Register Parcel
• Register Letter
• Normal/registered Post, etc. as a part of normal post offices services.

Postal stamps are dispatched from the counter to the said office.

The Post Office functions from 9:30 am to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday) and 9:30am to 12am (Saturday).

Students, teachers, staff and people from the surrounding localities including nearby academic institutions avails the facilities of the same.
