- Prof. Surajit Mitra delivered an Invited Lecture in the workshop on Strengthening Impact Assessment in the CGIAR (SIAC) – sweet potato organised by International Potato Center (CIP), Peru in Jameson Inn Shiraz, Kolkata on April 10, 2016.
- Prof Ivi Chakraborty delivered an Invited talk on UGC sponsored National Seminar on Food Security and Sustainable Nutrition in India, the present scenario, organized by Dept Food and Nutrition, APC College, New Barrackpur, Kolkata 700131, W.B. and All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, on 14th and 16th September, 2016.
- Prof Ivi Chakraborty delivered an Invited lecture on Role of women on Processing and value addition in winter school organized by Dept Agril Extention , BCKV.
