- National Webinar on “Future thrust in vegetable production for livelihood security-a global perspective” held on 20th August, 2021 through virtual mode organized by Department of Vegetable Science, Faculty of Horticulture, BCKV.
- National Seminar on Vegetables for Livelihood and Nutritional Security under changing Climate Scenario “ organised by Dept. of Vegetable Science, BCKV, FACC, Kalyani, West Bengal. 6-7 December,2018.
- Organized three training programmes for the tribal farmers under TSP region. A Soil borne pathogen Awareness Day was organized (AICRP on Vegetable Crops) involving more than 150 tribal farmers at BCKV, Kalyani on 22.09.17.
- A FIELD DAY on Improved package of practices of vegetable crops was organized by AICRP on Vegetable Crops involving 125 tribal farmers on 02.02.18.
- A training programme involving 135 tribal farmers on Recent Production and Protection Technologies was organized by AICRP on Vegetable Crops at Illambazar, Birbhum on 20.03.2017.
- Besides more than 40 Field Days were organized at research plot of the project organized by Department of Agriculture/Horticulture, Govt. of West Bengal, NABARD, KVKs , NGOs etc during this period.
- Hands on Training programme on Recent Advances on Mutation Breeding for Crop Improvement sponsored by BRNS, DAE, Govt. of India jointly organized by Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Mohanpur, Nadia in collaboration with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai at FACC, Lake Hall, Kalyani, BCKV during 20-30 January, 2020
